About Walter Battle

Walter Battle: Comedic Powerhouse

Born in Washington, D.C., raised in Chicago, and now proudly calling Kansas City home, Walter Battle has quickly become one of the Midwest's most exciting rising comedians. Known for his commanding stage presence, larger-than-life personality, and unforgettable storytelling, Walter has built a reputation for leaving audiences laughing long after the show ends.

Walter has hosted, featured, and headlined shows across the country at renowned comedy venues, including Improv Comedy Clubs, Funny Bone Comedy Club, Helium Comedy Clubs, Don't Tell Comedy, Bricktown Comedy Club, Uptown Comedy Corner, The Blue Room, Mic Drop Comedy, Next Stop Comedy, and many more.

Throughout his career, Walter has had the opportunity to open and feature for some of comedy's most recognizable names, including Ryan Davis, Arnez J, Red Grant, Turae, Zainab Johnson, J.C. Currais, D'Lai, Reggie Ballard, Zooman Miller, George Willborn, George Wallace, Corey Holcomb, Trixx, Shawn Harris, and Sean Fogelson.

Inspired by the late Timothy Miller—a comedian, mentor, and father figure—Walter developed a style that combines authenticity, high-energy act-outs, and relatable life experiences. Before stepping onto the comedy stage, he chased dreams on the basketball court, but it wasn't until he found comedy that he discovered his true calling.

Standing tall and impossible to ignore, Walter transforms the everyday realities of fatherhood, relationships, and life as a giant into hilarious, unforgettable moments. His ability to connect with audiences from all walks of life has made him a crowd favorite wherever he performs.

Whether he's headlining a packed theater, hosting a comedy showcase, or sharing stories about parenting and life's unexpected twists, Walter's goal remains the same: create genuine connections, leave audiences in stitches, and prove that laughter truly brings people together.

Walter Battle isn't just telling jokes—he's creating experiences
